Under the direction of the Manager of Quality Decision Support, this position is responsible for Core Measures abstraction and communication, contributing to the teamâ??s reporting requirements.Ensures individual and team daily/monthly/quarterly deadlines are met. Works with the Manager and Team Lead to produce internal and external data, projects and reporting. Disseminates information in accordance with professional ethics, and ensures confidentiality.
Minimum:Bachelorâ??s degree in health-related field.
Preferred:Bachelorâ??s degree in a health-related field with 4 yearsâ?? experience in statistical analysis and Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
Understands the standards of the Joint Commission and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and ensures standards are adhered to for maintenance of Hospital Inpatient and Outpatient Quality Reporting programs
