The Treasury Analyst is responsible for assisting the Manager in banking functions related to the centralized cash management program and the transition of Treasury operations to a more strategic role.
This position will be responsible for daily and monthly cash functions that are assigned by the Manager of Cash Operations.
Assist in activities related to SCL Health’s centralized collections and disbursement, including coordination of the flow of funds and maintenance of banking relationships.
Assist in providing access and assigning rights to SCL Health associates in the various banking online systems.
Assume responsibility for all system-wide patient merchant payments to include the following:
Assure adherence to regulatory, legal, and corporate controls,
Manage implementation of new card products and processing services,
Coordinate with Revenue Cycle on new collection strategies ensuring that commercial banks with appropriate capabilities are considered.
Maintain the master listing of all patient payment merchant card machines
Located in Broomfield, CO.
Experience: Three to five years relevant experience in treasury operations. Experience with large, multi-entity corporations and/or large healthcare companies are preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; years of relevant experience and/or current coursework toward a related degree may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience and knowledge of cash management, cash forecasting, banking and revenue cycle products.
• Experience and knowledge of data base management and word processing/spreadsheet software and applications; proficiency in Excel and Word.
