Hackensack Meridian Health in Edison, NJ is seeking a Vice President, Senior Operations Officer, Children’s Enterprise. This is an outstanding opportunity to assume a newly created position to lead children’s services across the newly formed health network created in 2016 with the merger of Hackensack University Health Network and Meridian Health.
The Vice President and Senior Operations Officer for the Children’s Enterprise will be a key member of the network leadership team. He or she will communicate a vision for Children’s services at Hackensack Meridian Health, and develop and implement a plan for Children’s services as a central part of a team delivering world-class health care. Supported by a team, the Vice President will lead Children’s services to achieve objectives in the areas of operations and strategy.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and a Master’s degree (MA/ MBA/MPA) in one of these fields is required.
Minimum of seven to ten years’ experiences in healthcare administration or demonstrated progressive management experience in a healthcare organization of similar size/complexity.
Proven track record in a leadership role in a children’s hospital and driving children’s services required.
