Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, organizes multiple and competing demands (projects, issues, meetings, etc.) and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail by performing the following duties. Will assist Hospital Administrative Assistants as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associateâ??s degree in related field Minimum of 3 yearsâ?? experience with demonstration of previous business coursework Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel Familiar with office computer applications used for record keeping, accounting, schedule planning and document preparation Previous healthcare experience preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Friends and Family BLS w/in 6 months of hire Certification in related field preferred
