Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants
Mednax is seeking a neonatal nurse practitioner to rotate between a Level-III NICU and two Level- II units in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
An experienced practitioner is preferred, but not required.
In this role, the NNP will be responsible for high-risk deliveries, comprehensive patient care and will be expected to participate in neonatal transports.
Eight neonatologists and 17 neonatal nurse practitioners staff all three units and the NNPs provide 24-hour, in-house coverage at all three facilities.
NNPs will have opportunities to assist with educating pediatric residents from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
