Basic clerical skills with demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records.
General computation skills required.

Knowledge and experience in Child Nutrition and food preparation.
Must meet Child Care Center requirements for working with young children in a Center setting.

Must be willing to provide support to all sites in Benzie and Frankfort as needed.
Under the direct supervision of the Coordinator of the Child Care Program, but may also receive instruction from Lead Teachers.
Has direct contact with hospital staff and external sources.
Will work directly with dietary as a liaison for food services for on and off site Centers.

8.Activities will be outlined and will have various work sequences.However, must exercise judgment regarding work priorities in keeping with Center goals.
9.Responsible for attending staff meetings.
10.May be responsible for assisting other Center staff with cleaning of the Center.
11.Responsible for any Center functions that may be assigned in the absence of the Coordinator.
12.Gathers information for report preparation and performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned or to assist others.
13.Will be responsible for assisting with the assembly of quarterly newsletter for Center parents.
14.May be responsible for word processing and general typing including payroll deductions and billing.
15.Will be responsible for management of the Department of Education food program for on and off site Centers.
16.Will be responsible for coordinating services with Dietary regarding menus and food delivery.
17.Responsible for purchasing snacks for on and off site Centers.
18.Will be responsible for keeping menus updated and accurate.
19.Will be assisting in classrooms for a portion of a daily or weekly schedule.
20. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
