To provide administrative and clerical support to the president and department leadership of the Home Health company. Responsibilities include routine clerical support as well as producing reports and presentations utilizing various graphic and spreadsheet software applications, coordination and support of regular meetings, special projects and events, meeting minutes and written and/or verbal communication with a wide range of individuals both internal and external to the company and system.

Able to accurately record minutes of meetings.
Proficient computer skills with various software applications.
Maintain a pleasant and flexible attitude / demeanor.
Ability to compose correspondence, including good spelling and grammar skills.
Keyboarding speed of 55 wpm.
Secretarial or management experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
High School Diploma or GED Required. Some college or secretarial school preferred.
