In this role, you'll use your strong customer service orientation and analytical problem solving skills to serve as an advocate for providers in our networks. Primary Responsibilities:Assist Regional Network Managers to contract providers, add new services, roster all clinicians and manage lists of paraprofessionals related to YES (Youth Empowerment Services) Manage work force development efforts and service implementation Serve on the Provider Advisory Committee - Children's Services Subcommittee as a resource to assist the committee Create and execute contract changes Recruit and manage the credentialing process of new providers Maintain full knowledge of the current Provider Manual and other documents to suggest revisions where necessary Facilitate development of new services / projects by providing Optum staff with information about the network and serve as conduit of information to the providers Facilitate contractually required trainings for the Provider Network through web-ex and on-site meetings Manage multiple projects/priorities with short deadlines Are you ready for a challenge?
