Primary Responsibilities:Create, control and improve end-to-end business processesLead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activitiesCreate quality reporting, analysis and audits for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement Assist in the creation, implementation and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programsEnd-to-end business process activities: creating, controlling and improving business processesLeading process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activitiesDiagnosing process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related toolsQuality reporting, analysis and audits and for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement using applicable toolsMay assist in the creation, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvement projects and teamsYou won't be any ordinary Business Process Analyst. You'll be expected to quickly adapt to change in a very fluid environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to agree on solutions.
