When you join us as a Special Needs Imitative Operations Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity be part of this team by supporting and enabling your colleagues who support our families while doing your life's best work.This position is full-time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Our office is located in Eden Prairie, MN. Primary Responsibilities:Coordinate work projects between all the supervisors as we implement new process and services Liaison of information between recruiting, our team BSL and the onboarding teamAssemble equipment inventories and gather other relevant information to assist in onboarding processesOrganize and execute new system requests (e.g. Fastrieve, Healthify, etc.) for the entire team Organize and execute system access updates (every person needs each system approved on a regular cadence) Troubleshooting system issuesTroubleshooting phone and voicemail issuesRoster maintenance (overall and for reassigning advisors and families when changes happen)Email distro list updates / maintenanceConcur expense and travel support to the teamOrdering (supplies, recognition - e.g. fleece, etc.) Cube allocations and desk set upPrinting servicesClient visit scheduling and organizationScheduling rooms for all the huddles, team meetings, etc. Scheduling rooms for interviews Pull reporting Role change admin support
Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GEDProficiency using a computer and Windows PC applications (Microsoft Excel and Word) to create, copy, edit, send, and save documents. This includes strong keyboard; navigation skills; adeptness in learning new computer programs; the ability to type and talk at the same time and toggle between multiple screensProficiency using Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar usePreferred Qualifications:BSL (Business Segment Liaison) experienceAssociate's Degree or higherCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
