The primary purposes of this position is to design, monitor, and help implement individual subjects' interventions being examined in the NIMH funded ACE III. This position's responsibilities will be organized around four work areas: 1) is to create a liaison between the Interventionists (i.e., payroll title: community health program representative) and the Team Leader (i.e., community health program supervisor) by assisting with ongoing supervision of new and current Interventionists and conducting meetings to further the training of interventionists. 2) designing and implementing individual subjects' interventions 3) providing the day to day treatment of children enrolled in the study by delivering the treatment in the children's homes and recording detailed data about child progress and 4) assist with monitoring of fidelity for current staff team members through coding of fidelity for reliability with a supervisor .Monitoring may occur through video reviews or shadowing sessions to provide helpful advice and direction around session organization and treatment fidelity.REQUIRED--Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field--Experience and training as an ESDM and a DTT therapist--Experience and training in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis--Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills to manage a variety of complex project tasks simultaneously--Demonstrated leadership ability, involving the ability to organize and encourage personnel --Demonstrated ability in working independently, taking initiative, making decisions, communicating ideas, and contributing actively to a team--Skills and experience writing teaching materials, procedure manuals, and reports --Training and experience writing measurable educational objectives, conducting task analyses, and collecting ongoing performance data--Training and experience conducting functional assessments of behaviorSPECIAL REQUIREMENT - THIS POSITION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION, DRUG SCREEN, LIVE SCAN FINGERPRINTING, MEDICAL EVALUATION CLEARANCE, AND FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY ASSESSMENT
