Nemours is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic III (Full-Time) to join our Nemours Children's Specialty Care team in Jacksonville, Florida.

This position is responsible for: maintenance, painting and repair of building structure, contents and physical plant. Experienced in painting, wall coverings and general drywall repair, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
Repair, replace and maintain structural and architectural parts of the building.
Advanced knowledge of operation and maintenance of the Physical Plant Plumbing and Electrical systems.
Ability to use Computerized Maintenance System (CMS).
Operate, test and inspect plant emergency operating systems and document the status of this equipment.
Accept on-call assignments as part of the team rotation.
Assist other Plant Operations personnel.
Prepare and paint surfaces of the Physical Plant and building.
Perform shuttle and courier duties as required.
Perform all scheduled and unscheduled setups in auditorium and annex.
High School Diploma required. Specialized (1 year of training beyond high school).
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' experience required.
Previous experience within a health care setting desired.
