The Workday HRIS Manager is responsible for implementing and managing Workday systems within Human Resources at Nemours.
Manage the implementation of the WD HR Suite. Serves as the Subject Matter Expert for WD technology.
Coordinate the installation and development of WD modules with functional leads to ensure system optimization.
Develop and manage Work Force analytics to support evidenced based decision making and Strategic Workforce Planning.
Manage the HRIS team
Manage the reporting and accuracy of HR data
Responsible for database accuracy, standardization and auditing to ensure proper enterprise reporting and interfacing of all HRIS data
Work with IS and other business partners (Finance, Nursing, etc.) to implement new technologies for Human Resources operations
Ensure adherence to all Nemours and Human Resources policies through HRIS activities, transactions, or reports
Specific Workday Activities:
Implement new functionality within the HR systems
Troubleshoot issues with the functionality of the HR systems
Coordinate or perform all mass changes to HR data
Coordinate or perform all HR data conversions
Coordinate all purges of HR data
Set-up and maintain time accrual plans
Resolve outstanding benefit and general HR operational issues within Workday
Coordinate and report system issues to Workday
Assist Payroll with troubleshooting HR/Payroll system issues
Work on functional aspects of interface development into and out of the Workday HR systems
Organize testing of new functionality or troubleshooting efforts within the Workday HR systems
Review and test Workday upgrades to determine the functionality associated with each change and the appropriate implementation time.
5 years of previous HRIS management experience
3 years of Workday HCM experience
Strong technical and functional Workday skills
