Phoenixville Hospital is a 151-bed facility that provides comprehensive medical services through approximately 25,000 emergency room visits, 8,200 inpatient admissions and more than 500 community outreach programs annually. In addition, our Regional Rehab Center ranked in the Top 10 percent of 781 inpatient rehabilitation facilities.
Serving Southeastern Pennsylvania, we offer a full range of services and programs, including an award-winning Heart Center, fully-accredited Penn Cancer Network cancer center, comprehensive women's health services, the area's largest Robotic Surgery Center and the NAPBC Accredited Breast Health Center at Phoenixville. We also own and operate three outpatient surgery centers. We have clinical partnerships with the University of Pennsylvania Health System, Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, The Philadelphia Hand Center, Moore Eye Institute, and Abington Memorial Hospital.

Assists a Physical Therapist with a patient's rehabilitative activities to help reduce pain and improve mobility. Assists in exercise instruction and demonstration, patient evaluation and testing. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A limited degree of creativity and latitude is required. Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation.
Education: -Graduate from an accredited PTA program, required License/Certifications: -Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, required -Current BLS certification, required Experience: -Previous experience as a PTA in an acute care setting, preferred
