REQUIRED FOR INTERVIEW: *An active FL state CNA certification which is in good standing. *Proof of an American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification which is current and does not expire within the next 90 days.
If you have recently moved from another state and have an active CNA certification, you must apply to the State of Florida Board of Nursing for FL certification. During the time while you are awaiting receipt of the Florida certification, you may be allowed to work for 120 days under reciprocity.

DUTIES: Provides patient care duties under the guidance and direction of the nurse. Responsible for implementing components of the plan of care through the initiation/completion of procedures relating to basic human, mental health and social needs, comfort, safety and emergency measures; activities of daily living; personal care needs; nutrition and fluid and elimination needs. May have access to and transport non-controlled medications as directed.
