Coordinates the Patient Experience Program to enhance patient/family satisfaction by receiving, reviewing, investigating, and resolving concerns and complaints expressed by patient's families.
Bachelors degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or related Human Services field required.
Masters degree preferred
Minimum Work Experience
3 years of related work experience required, preferable in healthcare setting.
Management experience preferred.
