Summary: The Building Engineer (Off-Campus Properties)is responsible for working directly with the Building Engineer Supervisor andthe Real Estate Department in implementing the energy management, preventivemaintenance, quality standards, and operating objectives of all off-campusproperties.
Three years of relevant property and building maintenanceexperience. Education in lieu of a portion of experience may be considered.
Working knowledge of various building mechanical systems.
CFC 1 and 2 certification are required; CFC 3(Universal) must be obtained within 90 days after hire. Ability toobtain other city required licenses as needed.
Must meet standards for use of company owned vehicle setforth in policy manual, and comply with the policies.
