The Division of Pediatric Cardiology at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina is recruiting a BE/BC pediatric cardiologist with expertise in inpatient and outpatient pediatric cardiac care. He/she will be responsible for outpatient clinic, outreach clinic, and inpatient management and consultations.
The physician will join a 5-person division providing care to a population of 1.3 million people in 29 counties in eastern North Carolina. The division provides inpatient, outpatient, outreach clinic, electrophysiologic, interventional catheterization, and limited surgical support for the pediatric and adult congenital cardiac patient. Outpatient pediatric/adult congenital cardiac services are provided at East Carolina Heart Institute at East Carolina University as well as at 9 outreach clinic sites. Inpatient pediatric/adult congenital cardiac services are provided at the 142 bed Children’s Hospital of Eastern North Carolina as well as at the 120 bed East Carolina Heart Institute at Vidant Medical Center.
