Summary: Responsiblefor assisting the Employee Relations Director in meeting the employee relationsneeds of the organization. Gathers information, maintains data andprepares reports for various employee relations projects, ie AffirmativeAction, JCAHO, Texas Workforce Commission, etc. Works withmanagers and employees to assist with issues as they arise.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources with themajority of work in Employee Relations.
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
Knowledge of Federal, State and local laws and regulationsaffecting employees.
