Under general direction, functions as a core member of a multidisciplinary clinical team housed within a large urban pediatric primary care setting. The Social Worker provides case management and counseling services to immigrant/refugee and adopted patients and families. The Social Worker will also be trained and accredited in the Primary Care Positive Parenting Program (PC-Triple P) and develop research that focuses on studying the impact for refugee children with behavioral issues. The position will be 50% case management and 50% training, developing and/or Triple P.
