Hire, supervise Outpatient Cardiac staff
Drive Provider â“Staff collaboration
Budget process and accounting unit responsibility
Under the direction of the Chief of Cardiology and Director of Clinical Operations
Provides age and developmental appropriate cardiac care to infants, children and adolescents. Provides clinical assistance to cardiologists and cardiothoracic surgeons. Applies supervisory skills in a fair, consistent, and objective manner. Evaluates the clinical support staff of the Cardiac Center's Outpatient Clinic at AIDHC, Middletown, Dover and Seaford locations.
Collaborates with patient care team to monitor, evaluate and improve the patient care delivery system to increase customer satisfaction and clinic productivity. Assumes responsibilities for the clinic Quality Assurance program; initiates changes in delivery of care in accordance with results of QA monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the change process. Assists in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of policies, procedures and new services.
