Patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings, teaching of medical students, house officers and fellows and conduct clinical-based research in the Section of Pediatric Surgery.
M.D. degree and be board certified or eligible in Pediatric Surgery. Selected candidate will also hold (or have the ability to obtain) appropriate medical licenses for the State of Michigan. Evidence of clinical competence and documentation of scholarly ability and achievement (record of publications in peer-reviewed journals). Preferred candidate will possess the critical elements of teaching (knowledge of subject matter, skill in presentation, enthusiastic approach, etc.).
This position is posted as Clinical Assistant Professor/Clinical Associate Professor /Clinical Professor. The rank of the selected candidate will depend upon candidate's qualifications.
