Summary Description: The Department of Pediatrics Division of Child and Adolescent Health at Columbia University seeks BC/BE pediatrician for a faculty position as a Pediatric Hospitalist in the Level 1 Well-baby Nursery at the New York Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital, effective immediately. This individual will provide comprehensive, family-centered care for well newborns including admission and discharge physical exams, breastfeeding and other parenting support, and circumcision. Training for circumcisions will be provided if needed. In addition, the faculty member will be expected to provide regular teaching and training to medical students and residents respectively.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must be board certified or eligible in a Pediatrics or Pediatric sub-specialty. Must be eligible to practice in NYS.
Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual skills are highly desirable. Training and or experience in a pediatric sub-specialty
