JOB SUMMARY:Â Â The Director of Performance Improvement/Risk Management is fully responsible for directing and monitoring the facility-wide quality assurance program and activities while ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory agencies. Oversees effective implementation of quality and performance improvement processes. Develops and oversees workplace education on privacy and security policies, procedures, and expectations in these areas. Ensures information confidentiality, integrity, and availability to meet regulatory requirements and accepted business practices. Responsible forÂ making recommendations to minimize or eliminate exposure in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the facility, maintain, update and ensure practice of all hospital policies and procedures to provide a safe, secure, therapeutic and professional environment at all times. To lead by example and champion the philosophy of Service Excellence. This individual serves as a key member of hospital leadership team.
