The Building Engineer (Off-Campus Properties) is responsible for working directly with the Building Engineer Supervisor and the Real Estate Department in implementing the energy management, preventive maintenance, quality standards, and operating objectives of all off-campus properties.
Three years of relevant property and building maintenance experience.
Education in lieu of a portion of experience may be considered.
Working knowledge of various building mechanical systems.
CFC 1 and 2 certification are required; CFC 3 (Universal) must be obtained within 90 days after hire.
Ability to obtain other city required licenses as needed.
Must meet standards for use of company owned vehicle set forth in policy manual, and comply with the policies.
