Administrative Coordinator for the Division of South Carolina Children's Advocacy Medical Response System (SCCAMRS), Department of Pediatrics, USC School of Medicine. Provides supervision, administrative and logistical support for projects between project directors and the state Children's Advocacy Centers, Children's hospitals and their respective healthcare providers and administrative staff. Prepares presentations and statistical reports for the statewide functions of the program. Oversees the program office budge and expenses. Develops and updates data tools, updates and manages program database and website. Develops administrative policies, online resources and webinars in Child Abuse Pediatrics.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or equivalency. Knowledge and application of Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
