Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Lead Developer.
In this role, the successful candidate A technical resource in a complex technical or professional discipline, seen as a leader in that field within the organization. Selects, customizes, configures, installs and supports packages. Understands the work processes of assigned business areas. Collect user requirements and translates them into well-engineered, tested, and deployed business application systems. Responsibilities include the analysis, design, development, testing, installation, and maintenance of information. Works independently with limited work direction. Functions independently
Performs other duties as assigned.
Contributes to strategic planning, including proposed cost implications.
Commits to deliverables. Selects tools and methodologies for projects.
Negotiates terms and conditions with vendors and procurement.
Designs projects with broad implications, requiring systems integration of one or more technical platforms.
Leads design sessions by presenting logical statements of business problems and designs, and offering and incorporating ideas.
Mentors less-experienced staff with responsibility for their technical development.
Participates in systems analysis and design using development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
Participates in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy versus build recommendations.
Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
Participates in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and/or supporting application software.
Aligns business and IT strategies, and complies with MCITs architectural standards.
Works closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a Typically requires 10 or more years of experience and BA/BS degree or equivalent
