Responsible for comprehensive departmental management, administration, program development, coordination, and general operations of Home Health, Home Infusion and Home Medical Equipment
Bachelors Degree in Nursing required. Business experience desired.
Minimum Work Experience
Prior home health care management experience required.
Required Licenses/Certifications for position
Current RN licensure in TN required. Valid TN driver's license required.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Demonstrates professional judgment, outstanding communication skills, capable of multi-tasking, attentive to detail, highly organized, flexible and is able to function autonomously.
Familiar with rules and regulations of CMS and other regulatory agencies for all service lines.

Light lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 10-20 lbs occasionally and frequent moving of objects of less than 10 lbs is required. Frequent sitting with some walking, standing, squatting, bending and reaching is required. Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions may be required.
