Summary: The Building Engineer(Off-Campus Properties) is responsible for working directly with the BuildingEngineer Supervisor and the Real Estate Department in implementing the energymanagement, preventive maintenance, quality standards, and operating objectivesof all off-campus properties.
Three years of relevant property and building maintenanceexperience. Education in lieu of a portion of experience may be considered.
Working knowledge of various building mechanical systems.
CFC 1 and 2 certification are required; CFC 3(Universal) must be obtained within 90 days after hire. Ability toobtain other city required licenses as needed.
Must meet standards for use of company owned vehicle setforth in policy manual, and comply with the policies.
