In a fast paced call center environment, the representative will: Interact with patients and internal and external partners to provide information and resolve billing and service inquiries for care provdided at our Care Sites and various Clinics. Provide accurate and courteous service in an efficient manner. Will perform clerical tasks to support the Business Services department as needed. Located in Broomfield, CO. Qualifications Requires a High School diploma or GED equivalent and two years of customer service experience. Highly prefer a candidate with call center experience and previous knowledge of healthcare billing. Highly prefer bi-lingual/Spanish speaking candidates.
