Bachelor's degree in computer related major or two year degree and equivalent experience in application implementation and support required.
Epic Home Health certification required or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of start of training.
Hospital Billing Resolute certification required or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of start of training.
Previous experience implementing and maintenance/support of Epic Home Health strongly preferred.
3 years progressive experience as technical application support staff including implementation, support and maintenance, trouble-shooting, upgrades, and customizing/configuring systems to business needs in IST or Hospital Billing related area required.
Comprehensive documentation and technical writing skills including support documentation, trouble-shooting guides, project documentation, workflow diagrams, application specifications, required.
Strong team player with good oral and written communication skills including knowledge transfers, conflict management, issue escalation, expectation management, and translation of business needs into technical requirements, required.
Ability to participate and support an on call schedule based on department needs.
