The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible to drive the recruitment strategy to meet the workforce talent and hiring needs for Sinai Health. Responsible to partner with hiring managers and ensure the talent recruitment needs are being met and actively planning for delivery. Develops and utilizes recruitment strategies to attract and secure well-qualified talent and workforce.
Responsible for building, managing, and developing a high performing team to deliver against aggressive hiring targets in a competitive market. Responsible for employment / recruitment functions of the HR department. Trains, evaluates and supervises team responsible for recruiting, interviewing, employing and onboarding new caregivers of the system. Partner with leaders, caregivers, and recruitment team to develop and constantly build a solid and attractive employment brand, onboarding experience, and a reliable recruitment process.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources, or related field. Masters or higher degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. 7+ years of recruiting or branding experience along with 2+ years of management experience. Strong analytical thinker to problem solve and creative in approach to talent acquisition. Highly inquisitive to challenge the status quo.
