The Manager, Cost Accounting and Reimbursement is responsible for managing all analysis, preparation and reporting functions of cost accounting and reimbursement and statistics for Cook Children's Health Care System as a whole. Responsible for management and preparation of the Medicaid/Medicare cost report for Cook Children's Medical Center, and the Medicaid/Medicare cost report for Cook Children's Home Health.
Three to Five Years of Preparing or Auditing Cost Reports and Analysis.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
MUST be able to work autonomously and be self-directed in project initiation.
Healthcare Supervisory experience desired.
Required to be a Certified Public Accountant or working towards certification
