This Pharmacy Manager will support the organization by maintaining compliance and audit-readiness with all regulations, policies, procedures and practice standards specific to medication management (i.e. TSBP, DSHS, DEA, TJC, CMS, USP, ISMP, ASHP). The Pharmacy Manager will also be responsible for creating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating a quality assurance plan for the department. In addition, the manager will effectively compile and analyze data for the organization to help guide process improvement and operational efficiency which supports the promise of the organization.
Graduate of an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy
Texas Pharmacy license or eligible
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a hospital pharmacy is required
Experience related to compliance, safety, regulatory affairs and quality improvement is strongly preferred
