The University of Maryland School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, Division of Cardiology, is seeking a BC/BE pediatric cardiologist to join our Children's Heart Program at the Assistant or Associate Professor level (commensurate with credentials). The Children's Heart Program at the University of Maryland Children's Hospital provides the most complex medical, interventional and surgical care for patients with congenital heart disease from infancy through adulthood, addressing a need for extended cardiac care from before birth through adulthood.
This faculty member will participate in all aspects of our division, including teaching of residents and medical students, clinical or basic research, and inpatient and outpatient care. There are extensive opportunities for collaborative relationships within and outside the division of Cardiology. Candidates with interests in general cardiology, fetal imaging and transesophageal echocardiography are encouraged to apply.
