This position is responsible for consulting, designing and delivering solutions to leaders and associates to attract, recruit, develop and retain an inclusive and diverse workforce. This individual will work at the individual, group and organization levels and is responsible for achieving culture change and desired business results via the identification, design, development and implementation of I&D projects and programs in the areas of organizational culture, change management, performance management with the lens of having a culturally competent and diverse workforce and an inclusive work environment. This position works in conjunction with the Administrative Director of OHEI.
Provides timely delivery of a range of consultation services to managers and supervisors on the development and implementation of strategies for creating and sustaining a culturally competent and diverse workforce, and an inclusive culture.
Serves as an internal consultant to leaders as they recognize, identify and resolve issues throughout the organization. Obtains and maintains a deep understanding of organizational needs.
Identifies and uses instruments and surveys to analyze individual and group behavior, and recommends strategies for making needed change.
Provides individual coaching as required to create high performance for individuals and teams.
Facilitates, supports and consults on endeavors to engender organizational I&D values and the creation of the Nemours culture
Provides coaching and facilitation in Inclusion and Diversity, change management, organization effectiveness and leadership development.
Creates eLearning course development
Prepares recommendations to leadership on new program proposals.
Supports pipeline development programs for diverse individuals.
Additional miscellaneous duties and responsibilities, as may be assigned from time to time by Associate’s supervisor.
Masters degree in Organization Development with emphasis in Inclusion and Diversity
