The Coordinator performs a wide-range of administrative and clerical functions designed to facilitate and expedite the accomplishments of research team leaders and their staff. Assists in implementing special projects as assigned. The incumbent performs a wide range of administrative functions such as: acts as a central communication point to internal and external contacts; coordinates activities such as meetings and travel arrangements; managing calendars; responsible for various types of correspondence; and maintaining network databases. This position will support both the Lawrenceville and Oakland campus locations. Up to one year administrative experience required, preferably one year within an office setting. Associate's degree required. Ability to use applicable MS Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. This position is located at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh in Lawrenceville.
