The Sonographer will be responsible for:
Performing ultrasound examinations as prescribed by a physician
Providing technical support for interventional studies
Training residents, students and staff in ultrasound procedures & techniques
Ensuring efficient workflow within the ultrasound area
Assisting in scheduling patients
To qualify, you must have...
Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Radiologic Technology.
3 years of Sonographer experience with experience in pediatrics.
Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Registration (or be eligible).
Analytical Skills to resolve complex problems.
Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
Academic Medical Center experience strongly preferred.
