Cook Children's People Analytics Specialist is responsible for development and analysis of employee data for Talent Management/Human Resources.You will also develop data driven dashboard information relating to workforce management.
The People Analytics Specialist will prepare a variety of reports including:
employee survey summarizations
other data measurements in support of the Talent Management functions including Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Employee Relations, Occupational Health, and Education.
Your role as the People Analytics Specialist provides reporting expertise to increase effectiveness for all areas of Talent Management.
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Human Resources, Business, or other field related to the work of the position is required
Two or more years of experience supporting data analysis in Human Resources, Business or Science is required
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Access, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Word) is required
Must have a proven history of teamwork, professional courtesy, and maintaining strict confidentiality
Two years of experience using SQL, Crystal or other reporting tools is preferred
Experience with Tableau, Qlickview, Spotfire or other data visualization software is preferred
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification
Related professional designation preferred: PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, CCP or CPA.
