IDHA's Strategy Associate will support digital health projects along the development pipeline, from conducting internal and external market research, building business models and supporting strategy development to scaling programs across the hospital and beyond. Additionally, this role will provide analytic, strategic, business planning and operational support for a variety of projects across a range of clinical areas and technologies.
This Strategy/Business Development Associate will be responsible for:
Supporting digital strategy development and partnership analysis, providing comprehensive market and customer research, business model assessment, internal and external benchmarking, and strategic options assessment.
Collecting and analyzing internal hospital data and primary and secondary research to contribute to the development of solutions to complex strategy problems. Gathering intelligence on markets, payers, competitors, and patient dynamics.
Participating in framing strategic challenges through data-driven insights and business context gathered from external and internal conversations for management delivery to appropriate stakeholders.
Interacting and collaborating with various stakeholders from other departments to build alignment on analytical challenges and solutions and shepherd broader change management efforts.
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year of experience preferably in consulting, health system planning, or healthcare setting.
