SUMMARY: The Senior Secretary is responsible for the clinic front desk operations including reception, insurance, chart and financial account preparation, financial counseling and medical records task. The position provides administrative and operational support to the therapists. The position works with the Clinic Manager in facilitating clinic operations in addition to conducting facility inspections, HIPAA audits and safety standards. The position is responsible for working with the Practice Manager to identify business issues and implement operational process improvements. The position requires in depth and broad knowledge of all Clinic Support tasks. This position requires training to new and existing employees in Clinic Support Tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2 years work experience in medical or behavioral health setting with similar work-set required. Bachelors Degree preferred. Minimum 2 year work experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
