I. Primary Function -
This position is responsible for working independently to aide Executive Team member by providing daily office and department management to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Executive. Independently manages a wide range of situations requiring substantial knowledge of the function of the Executive’s area of responsibility, the relationships of those interacting with the ET member and use independent judgement of matters of significance related to the office. Independently represents and makes decisions on behalf of the Executive team member in managing internal and external inquiries, invitations and general decisions. May be responsible for organizational functions such as revision and of policies and procedures. Duties include management of departmental budget records and developing communications on the ET member’s behalf.
II. Essential Functions –
Manages Executive priorities in planning, communication and coordination of ET member activities. This may include policy analysis, revision and reporting to ET member or the Executive Team.
Independently manages all aspects of ET member’s departmental functional and administrative needs. Makes decisions without oversight on behalf of the ET member in the development and delivery of event location scouting, materials, purchasing, prioritization and coordination of ET meetings.
Manages the planning, design, preparation and delivery of ET member communications, reports and presentations for both internal and external distribution.
Frequently analyzes data for special ET member projects requiring data gathering, research and reporting results for True North and other strategic priorities.
Manages all aspects of ET member’s departmental budget responsibilities, including but not limited to purchase orders, expense reports and confidential budget materials. Prepares documents, forecasts and general budget analysis for ET member.
Associated degree required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least five years of experience working with Executive Level Management strongly preferred.
Excellent computer, power point and excel skills
Excellent customer service, time management and organizational skills.
Travel required based on need
