This position is responsible for supporting the successful use of human resource related information and systems while serving as an internal HRIS consultant to Nemours. Leads the enterprise reporting function and implementation, coordination and maintenance of assigned Workday and other HRIS systems within Human Resources. Acts as a HR technical team lead and collaborative team member with our operational partners to identify needs, implement new technologies, and troubleshoot issues. Establishes and maintains WD security and integrity controls. Monitors and coordinates data base accuracy, standardization and auditing to ensure proper enterprise reporting and interfacing of all HR data.
Implement current and new development for the HRIS systems.
Accurately process data changes, personnel action forms and separation notifications and agreements.
Acts as a technical team lead and collaborative team member with our operational partners to identify needs, implement new technologies, and troubleshoot issues.
Establishes and maintains security and integrity controls. Perform system audits to maintain data integrity across all system interfaces.
Performs testing of new functionality. Reviews and tests upgrades to determine the functionality associated with each system change.
Partners with HR staff and operational leaders to define information needs and specifications. Provides technical and analytical assistance.
Ensures the accurate maintenance of HR database structures maintained by HRIS. Ensures the reporting and accuracy of standardized and customized reports.
Maintains and develops enterprise wide metrics for strategic reporting and analysis.
In partnership with IS, map spec files to current HR systems for new integrations.
Bachelor’s degree required; Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education required.
Minimum of three (3) years HRIS related experience required; Healthcare preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience required
Ability to maintain a high degree of awareness to new releases, updates, service packs/patches required by the HRIS and in partnership with IS Team, test and install such items required.
Ability to manage and guide all uploads and downloads of information in the HRIS required.
Must be able to problem solve and think analytically.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
