The Movement Disorder Coordinator is a registered nurse that has the authority, accountability and responsibility for the management of patient care for the Movement Disorder patients. The areas of responsibility will include nursing practice, staff development and positive customer relations. The Movement Disorder RN Coordinator will demonstrate sound clinical judgment and appropriate decision making abilities that take into consideration evidenced based practice.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current license to perform nursing in the State of Texas
Minimum of five years of clinical experience in an acute pediatric setting
CPR - BLS and PALS required
Knowledge of Neurology principles
Working knowledge of excel, access, power point and word
