Lakeland Regional Health's Talent Department is searching for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and efficient individual with superior time management to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This person will passionately uphold professional communication standards, polices, standard work procedures, and the highest level of customer service. The Talent Acquisition Representative coordinates all support functions of the recruitment and hiring process. This includes collecting and filing documentation timely and accurately, and coordinating parts of the new hire onboarding and orientation process.

What You Will Need:
A High School Diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Healthcare, or related field is preferred. Two years of related experience is required, preferably in Human Resources. This position requires excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Outlook; HR Information Systems; electronic employee file management; and third party verification websites).
