Receives, inspects, stores and maintains inventories of all food and supply items for Dietary Services. Checksin orders for food and supply items against invoices and order requirements. Completes and delivers requested food and supply to patient care units and departments per requisition by pulling stock orders and indicating amounts for charging to patient care units. Responsible for cleaning, rotating stock, inspecting for quality and damage and maintaining all storage areas.
High school graduate or equivalent with demonstrated ability to read and write is required.
2-3 years experience in storeroom/inventory operations.
