The newly formed Children's Neurosciences Institute (CNI) is seeking a Program Manager for new & ongoing research projects related to pediatric neurology.
Primary job duties are to ensure timely completion of team projects within budget and ensure regulatory compliance and own the lifecycles of each study. They are responsible for managing and analyzing research data, leading project meetings, contributing to research presentations, annual reports, manuscripts, and grants. The Program Manager will work collaboratively across departments and disciplines with faculty and research staff. The Program Manager will be responsible for understanding all aspects of the studies and how they relate and remain informed of task status and overall project deadlines.
Ideal candidates are adept at projecting timelines, tracking task accomplishments, and can adapt and adjust as needed base don feedback from the research team or as goals change. Familiarity with general regulatory requirements such as IRBs, IACDC, DUAs, and the ability to produce compliant study operating procedures is essential. This is a senior-level research position that requires technical skills including superb attention to detail, excellent analytical and organization skills, versatility, and the ability to work independently and within a team to promote multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Ideal candidate has scientific background via education or experience in addition to the relevant administrative and operational experience.
