This Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for:
Working in the Pediatric/Adolescent Clinic Martha Eliot Community Health Center, located in Jamaica Plain, will be involved in all aspects of care for patients followed in the Pediatrics/Adolescent Program, ages birth to 25.
Providing comprehensive assessment and care for patients.
Providing patient care coordination, health promotion and education, evaluation of acute care needs in collaboration with the MEHC primary care physicians, and documentation.
Providing primary and acute care clinical services in the Pediatrics/Adolescent clinic as well as quality improvement projects.
To qualify, you must have:
MSN and licensed PNP/FNP.
3-5 years of Family/Pediatric NP experience.
Spanish speaking preferred.
Availability to work Monday - Friday days; Thursday evenings until 7:30pm.
