The Keck School of Medicine (KSOM) of the University of Southern California (USC) and Childrenâs Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) in the Department of Pediatrics in the Division of Emergency and Transport Medicine, are actively seeking full time faculty members for positions for Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics.

The ED (Emergency Department) sees a large volume of patients suffering from rare to common diseases and a vast spectrum of traumatic injuries. The attending staff is a young, energetic group of physicians dedicated to the teaching and supervision of medical students, residents, including 11 rotating programs, and PEM fellows.
CHLA is a 340-bed tertiary state of the art acute care and referral center. The ED is a designated Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center, and PCCC, in conjunction with a PEDS Urgent Care Clinic, and sees approximately 82,000 patients annually. The Emergency Transport Program arranges for and transports 3,000 patients, including 1,500 team transports, annually. CHLA is one of the nationâs top ranked childrenâs hospitals, centrally located in sunny southern California, with close access to wonderful neighborhoods, outstanding restaurants, and a multitude of cultural and recreational activities.
