Applicants must have an MD, MD/PhD, or PhD degree with relevant expertise in Genomics, Bioinformatics and Data Science. Candidates must have extensive scientific experience in human and quantitative genetics, molecular diagnostics, genomics, data analytics, informatics, computational biology and software development. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of developing innovative analytical solutions to solve complex health problems and in leading high functioning interdisciplinary teams working on complex tasks in rapidly evolving environments. Applicants must have demonstrated excellence in basic and/or translational research and its application to innovative clinical care and education. Excellent opportunities for collaborative research exist within CHLA and USC.
